I make this sauce every 2 or 3 months. Can you tell me what it is?
1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons french dressing 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish 1 tablespoon finely minced white onion 1 teaspon white vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. 2. Place sauce in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, so that all the flavors blend. Stir the sauce a couple of times as it chills.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
Slather it on and you have?

It's the French dressing that makes it "Special".

Sounds like a home version of Big Mac Sauce.
Correct?

Two patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickle, onions on a sesame seed bun???
I agree with chucklee, my guess is it's from MC D's.

Right On!
That is the best clone recipe I have found. I have tried dozens of them.
