Anybody watch this show on PBS, it is called BBQ-U short for barbecue university.

Cool show all about grilling, on both gas and charcoal grills. Lots of great reciepes and they have a web site.

I have one of his books, and it is good reading but also great for coming up with idea's.

Steve Raichlin is suppose to be really good, I have never seen the TV show but I will be asking Santa for his grilling book for my stocking this year.

He is a little on the "different" side but he can BBQ thats for sure. I love his book, you should try and catch the show some time. Check your local PBS stations to see when/if he is on in your area.
