Anyone seen or used the cake doctor books that are out there?
My wife and I got one as a gift from my grandmother, and we now have some favorites from them. The basic premis is that you take a boxed cake mix and "doctor" it up to make something a lot better.
We have made 3 or 4 and a few of them or families just love and can't get enough of. They are also very easy to make (most of them) since most of the work is done for you already with the boxed cake mix.
