If you agree to abide by our rules below, you should press the "Agree"

Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us
to review messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please
remember that we at do not actively monitor the contents of and are not
responsible for any messages posted. We do not vouch for or warrant the
accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for
the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of the
message, not necessarily the views of CulinarySpot.Com or or it's owner
HomeTheaterSPot.Com, Inc. or any entity associated with CulinarySpot.Com or
HomeTheaterSPot.Com, Inc. Any user who feels that a posted message is
objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email. We have the
ability to edit or remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort
to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that editing or
removal is necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that

CulinarySpot.Com or HomeTheaterSPot.Com, Inc. does not and cannot review the
messages posted and is not responsible for the content of any of these messages,
we at CulinarySpot.Com or HomeTheaterSPot.Com, Inc., reserve the right to delete
any message for any or no reason whatsoever. You remain solely responsible for
the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless
CulinarySpot.Com or HomeTheaterSPot.Com, Inc., Fusionbb.com, (the makers of the
bulletin board software), and their agents with respect to any claim based upon
transmission of your message(s). You also agree that any claims of personal
ownership of information, from any content posted, that CulinarySpot.Com or
HometheaterSPot.Com has the right to use such information, now and in the
future, as they see fit and you release any intellectual property rights or
compensation to such material.
We at CulinarySpot.Com or HomeTheaterSpot.Com, Inc. also reserve the right to
reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of

HomeTheaterSPot.Com, Inc. Members may post their personal equipment for sale but
only in the Yard Sale SPoT, which is only available for the Paid Membership to
post. Please see the rules and disclaimers in that area. Chain letters, pyramid
schemes, Coupon Schemes, referrals to other Forums of a similar nature and other
types of solicitations are inappropriate on CulinarySpot.Com or
HomeTheaterSPot.Com, Inc and this forum. Discussions or inducements for members
to purchase from Dealers and Merchants, either "Authorized" or "Unuthorized"
are also frowned upon, since the validity of such dealers and the person or
persons making the referral can not be determined. Sponsors of this forum are
the only exception. Any abuses of these rules may subject your post to being
edited or deleted at our discretion without warning or explanation and
membership can be subject to revocation.
Please also note that the use of the CulinarySpot.Com or HomeTheaterSPot.Com
Private Topic Service is not "Private" in the sense that it is a
message seen only by the sender and receiver. While the message is private from
the rest of the members, the administration of CulinarySpot.Com or
HomeTheaterSPot.Com can see them. All rules that apply to posting on the Forum
ALSO apply to the use of our Private Topic Messaging System and violators will
have their posting privileges subject to the same revocations as on the Forum in
general
Posting privileges if we feel need to be revoked may be done with no prior
warning and are not subject to redress. If you have any questions about
something possibly being a violation ask the Administration FIRST if it is OK to
post it. This way you won't be unpleasantly surprised when you come back and do
not have access any longer.
So to sum it up here are some simple rules to remember.
These are the Five simple rules to keep in good standing with CulinarySpot.Com
and to make sure your posting privileges stay intact.
Don'ts
First rule of the SPot: CulinarySpot.Com is not an open forum it
is a private forum. It is not open for anyone to post. Only members who agree to
abide by the rules will have posting privileges. So please, no arguments about
posting what ever you want and cries of freedom of speech in posts when we say
you can't post whatever you want or if we edit or delete one of your posts.
Using the Forum for public protests about our rules is not allowed or debatable.
They are distracting to the other members who have agreed to abide by the rules.
If you have a problem email customer service. Read the rules that you agreed to
when you signed up.
Second rule of the CulinarySpot.Com: Don't Post Group Buys anywhere on
the Forum except in the Group Buy SPot. Only Group Buys that have been approved
in advance by the administration will be allowed. Only Authorized Dealers are
allowed to sponsor group buys that we approve and who have agreed to compensate
the SPot for that privilege.
Third rule of the CulinarySpot.Com: Don't advocate or promote the
patronage of Dealers especially if they are Unauthorized Dealers and encourage
other members to do so.
Fourth rule of the CulinarySpot.Com: Items for sale or trade by
individual members must be contained in the SPot Yard Sale or a couple of other
areas set aside that have the proper disclaimers on sales to other members. All
Dealers, Manufactures and Distributors are banned from soliciting members
without prior approval. Members who frequently use the SPoT Yard Sale Area to
move product will be warned and removed if they continue without pior approval
from the Administration.
Fifth rule of the CulinarySpot.Com: No personal attacks on other members,
the administration or our sponsors. Please do not attempt to go around certain
automated censor provisions we have set up on the SPot. This is not acceptable.
If you have any problems with another member, the administration or one of our
sponsors, email customer service. Do not post it on the SPoT.
Do's
First and Only Rule in the Do's: Have a good time, be nice and treat each
other with respect and as you would want people to treat you. We are all here
for each other.
You see that wasn't so hard. If you abide by these rules you should have no
problems with having a happy and enjoyable experience as a member and
contributor of the SPot. We are all friends here and we have these rules for a
reason. Of course these rules are subject to change as issues may arise that may
require amendment. Please exercise good judgment and common sense.
